Travelled up from Swansea to look at a Bailey Olympus. Greeted with a smile and offered a nice cuppa. We were left to browse without any pressure but didn’t like the Bailey. Saw an Elddis Avante Club two vans down and we fell in love with it. We paid the deposit and the van was prepped over the next week or so. Decided to stay in Lincoln for the weekend to test the van and it was perfect. They transferred our accessories and took us through all the operations on the van. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff at LLV and great to see good customer service still exists. I will definitely be checking their vans out again in a few years time. Thanks all.

Just over six months ago we bought a Coachman Pastiche 545 from here and had a very pleasant experience. We recently had the van serviced by our usual service engineer who found an unforeseen issue that wasn’t covered by the warranty.
I gave them a call, dreading the cost, and was asked to drop the van off with them and they’ll look into it.
They found the problem and sorted it with the minimum of fuss. This was done free of charge, without any quibbles – just brilliant customer service. I can’t praise them highly enough! Thanks, guys!
Mr Buckle Lincoln. Coachman Pastiche 545 - Aftersales.
I had been looking for a motorhome for around six months and checked into Lincoln Leisure vehicles website occasionally, after finding their vehicles listed on eBay.
We decided to make a trip to Lincoln Leisure vehicles to view 2 motorhomes they were currently selling and were greeted with the offer of a cuppa ( always a good start !)…after looking around both motorhomes we settled on a 2008 Autotrail Cheyenne 660 se.
There was no hard sell and we were left to look around both vans at our leisure but when we had questions there were plenty of experienced salesman around to give us advice.
The whole process from originally looking at current stock to collecting our motorhome yesterday was an absolute pleasure and the gentleman we dealt with ( John ) couldn’t do enough to help us and give us the very best of advice.
I would like to Thank John , Rick and Gary for making the whole experience as easy as it was.
Gary gave us a comprehensive handover explaining how everything works and was extremely patient explaining everything as many times as was needed to fully understand the workings of the van.
To sum up , Lincoln Leisure Vehicles will give you a first class experience from start to finish, from choosing the correct van for you to ultimately collecting and driving away and even offering after sales servicing.
Superb service guys and we can’t thank you enough.

We have collected our motorhome today, and are blown away with how well we have been treated, nothing was too much trouble, we always buy privately, but popped in for a browse and have come home with such a good deal and aftersales package, I would not hesitate in sending friends and family to purchase from Lincoln Leisure vehicles, thank you again all the crew at LLV, John was very helpful on day of purchase, but we have to say a special thank you to Gary who talked us through the handover, what a truly lovely helpful young man, once again everybody made us very welcome and lots of tea & coffee. HAPPY NEW YEAR, from W&S WARWICKSHIRE.
Mr and Mrs Dalton Warwickshire. Swift Sundance 580 PR - Purchase.
We sold our motorhome through Lincoln Leisure last year. They were fantastic to deal with and we had no hesitation in going back to them when we decided to buy a caravan.
We are new to caravanning and they took the time to explain everything in great detail. They were also happy to keep the caravan for quite a long time to fit in with our plans.
Once again they’ve been brilliant to deal with and I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future.

Went to look and maybe buy motor home. We had no hassle or pushy salesmen. Salesman introduced himself ( John ) then left us to look around. Not rushed at all. Decided on the one we wanted and John dealt with it for us. Very professional and friendly.
Easy bank transfer and date for collection arranged.
Collection day smooth and prompt. Guy who did handover ( Steve) I think, sorry if wrong name lol. Great guy great sense of humour made everything so simple for us.
Would definitely recommend Lincoln leisure.

We just sold our motor caravan to Lincoln leisure vehicles, and despite having to travel over to rural Shropshire to make the collection, they arrived at the appointed time and paid the agreed price without any hesitation. The bank transfer was made very transparent and I was able to overlook the entire process. All in all I found the process to be both friendly and professional and I would highly recommend Lincoln leisure vehicles to anyone who is considering selling their motor caravan.

Having exchanged our Lunar Clubman ES for a younger and larger Coachman Vip 565/4 this past week, and as previous customers of Lincoln Leisure Vehicles, we were impressed but hardly surprised to see the tremendous success this premier Lincoln based company has clearly achieved since our previous sale/purchase. LLV have consistently been friendly, honest and fair in their negotiations with us, and the levels of advice and after sales service are really most refreshing. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Lincoln Leisure Vehicles to all existing and potential caravanners and motorhomers looking for highest quality pre-loved units.
Our new caravan is superb

Sales: Excellent- Steve Tizard
Technical: Excellent – Adam Taylor
After Sales: Excellent so far- Adam Taylor – Vehicle is still with Lincoln Leisure, but this is due to me not being able to drive for a couple of months, so in no rush for it back.
I have always enjoyed outdoor pursuits, but I am a complete novice when it comes to motor homes as in I have never used one let alone owned one. However, due to circumstances I was in the market for one. I had specific requirements, which I now know to be a type 27 “Front dinette, rear U lounge” with a permanent over cab double bed (I didn’t want to be making and unmaking a bed). It was also important for me to have a toilet with a separate shower, (not a shower head that came out of the sink). This requirement is down to the fact that I need to use it as a temporary home and office, whilst I personally prefer to wild camp where I can, only parking up on hard standing and hook ups when required.
Lincoln Leisure is one of a handful of motorhome/caravan sales facilities available in Lincolnshire. What I personally liked about Lincoln Leisure is that although the sales staff acknowledged that I was there, with an introduction and extension to help, there was no hard sale or barrage. I was able to view all the different options available at the time (all vans were open) and in my own mind quantify that the type 27 was in fact what I was after (my partner came round to the idea as initially she was looking at a smaller model!).
I now had my heart set on an Autotrail Apache 700, but I knew nothing about motorhomes. This is not only where Steve and the sales team stepped in, but also Adam and the rest of the technical staff, who provided me with a wealth of free and useful information, facts, hints and practical advice.
The motorhome had to be delivered to me at short notice, so not all the snag list could be completed prior to me taking possession of it, (I know some of you will be tut tutting at this stage, but please read on) and it has since been fitted out for wild camping, with solar panel, twin gas and leisure batteries.
Due to my own personal circumstances, I have recently been able to return the motorhome back to Lincoln Leisure, so that they can start working through the snag list. At this point, I would like to point out that the only reason the van left Lincoln Leisure with snags, was because I needed it urgently – as I hinted previously, some of you would be tut tutting at taking a van with snags. However, all l can honestly say is that the staff at Lincoln Leisure have been fantastic and are looking after me; obviously Steve and Adam are my main points of contact, but the whole of the Lincoln Leisure crew have made me very welcome and have offered me advice and assistance were needed (even when dealing with those, “Really, you should really know this!” instances). I look forward to continuing this relationship with Lincoln Leisure and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and friendly service when it comes to motorhomes or caravans.
Mr Martin Cavanagh Blankney Fen, Lincs. Autotrail Apach 700 - Purchase, Aftersales.
Having bought a Hymer Exsis SK recently, there were some small issues, which were attended to in a very professional manner.
They even collected , and redelivered the van from door to door, Although the van was just out of warranty, Lincoln Leisure have agreed to repair a water tank problem which i brought to their attention without question.
In short A1 service from a firm that obviously knows the value of customer service.
